Where is AutoText in Word 2007/2010/2013?
Method A: Find out AutoText in Insert Menu if you have Classic Menu for Office
Classic Menu for Office brings back classic view into Ribbon of Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 with familiar drop down menus and toolbar.
- Click the Menus tab;
- Click the Insert drop down menu;
- Click the Quick Parts item;
- Then you will view the AutoText sub-item.

More Classic Menu for Office...
Method B: Seek for AutoText on Ribbon (2010 and 2013) if you do not have Classic Menu for Office
- Click the Insert tab;
- Go to Text group;
- Click the Quick Parts button;
- Then you will view the AutoText from Quick Parts button drop down list.
- Note: The AutoText feature has been removed from ribbon of Word 2007 by Microsoft.
