Where is Change Case in Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365?

Where is Change Case in Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365
Change Case command can change all selected text into upper case or lower case. It is also able to change text into other command capitalizations. There are several methods to find out the Change Case command in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Visio 2007/2010/2013. Take Microsoft Word 2010 for example:

Method A: Change Case in Toolbar if you have Classic Menu for Office
Classic Menu will bring old Toolbar into Office 2007/2010/2013’s Ribbon. If you have installed this software, in Menus tab you can view the Toolbar view, as well as the Change Case button . See figure 1.

Method B: Change Case command in Format Menu if you have Classic Menu for Office
This method is same as the way you did in Microsoft Word 2003, and requires Classic Menu for Office installed on your computer.
- Click Menus tab;
- Click the Format drop down menu;
- Then you will view the Change Case… item. See figure 2.

Method C: Get Change Case button in Ribbon if you do not have Classic Menu for Office
- Click the Home tab;
- Go to Font group;
- Then you will view the Chang Case button. See figure 3.

Please note that Microsoft Publisher and Visio 2007 keep classic menu. So you can follow the same steps we introduced in Method B to get the Change Case feature.
Where is Change Case command in Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365
Method A: Change Case in Toolbar if you have Classic Menu for Office
When you are building new emails, or replying or forwarding emails, In the Toolbar under Menus tab brought by Classic Menu for Office, you can easily view the Chang Case button . See figure 4.

Method B: Change Case command in Format Menu if you have Classic Menu for Office
- Go to Message window of Microsoft Outlook firstly;
- Click Menus tab;
- Click the Format drop down menu;
- Then you will view the Change Case… item. See figure 5.

Method C: Get Change Case button in Ribbon if you do not have Classic Menu for Office
- Get into Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013’s Message Window firstly;
- Click the Format Text tab;
- Go to Font group;
- Then you will view the Change Case button. See figure 6.

Where is Change Case in Excel, Access, OneNote, and Project 2007/2010/2013
There is no Change Case command or button in Microsoft Excel, Access, OneNote, Project and InfoPath 2007/2010/2013. These Microsoft Office applications do not support changing case feature at all.
