Where is Page Setup in Microsoft Word and Excel 2007/2010/2013
A: Find out Page Setup in Word / Excel 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Toolbar if you have Classic Menu
Classic Menu for Office aims to bring back Office 2003 toolbars and menus into ribbon of Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 365. These toolbars and menus are putted under Menus tab at far left of ribbon. So you can easily get Page Setup button in Word 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Toolbar, and Page Setup button in Excel 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Toolbar. See figure 1:

B: Familiar way to apply Page Setup in Word / Excel 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 if you have Classic Menu
- Click Menus tab at the beginning of Office 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Ribbon;
- Click File drop down menu;
- Then you will view Page Setup… item. Move mouse over this Page Setup… item, you are able to select numerous page setting options, such as Text Direction, Margin, Orientation, Size… See figure 2:

C: Seek for Page Setup in Word / Excel 2010/2007 Ribbon if you do not have Classic Menu
- Click Page Layout Tab;
- Then you will view the Page Setup group. In this feature group, you can set text direction, margins … and more.
Where is Page Setup in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio 2007/2010/2013
You can follow the same methods to find out Page Setup command in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio 2007/2010/2013. Here we will take PowerPoint 2010 for example to introduce two methods:
A: Apply Page Setup in PowerPoint / Visio 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 if you have Classic Menu
- Click Menus tab;
- Click File drop down menu;
- Then you will get the Page Setup item. See Figure 3:

- Click Design Tab;
- Then you will view the Page Setup group at the beginning of Ribbon. In this group, there are Page Setup button, Slide Orientation button, and more.
Please note Method B is available for PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013, and Visio 2010/2013. Microsoft Visio 2007 keep classic view, so you can get Page Setup feature under File drop down menu even you do not have Classic Menu for Office 2007.

It is a little difficult to seek for Page Setup command in ribbon of Microsoft Access 2007/2010/2013. Please take it easy to follow these steps below to find out Page Setup command:
- Click File tab in Access 2010/2013, or Office Button in Access 2007;
- Click Print button at left bar;
- Click Print Preview item in middle section of backstage view;
- Then you will enter into Access Print Preview window;
- Click Print Preview tab;
- Go to Page Layout group;
- Then you will view the Page Setup button. See figure :

Where is Page Setup in Microsoft Publisher 2010/2013

Where is Page Setup in Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010/2013
There is no Page Setup command in the main interface of Microsoft Outlook 2007. But you can find the command in interface of Mail, Contact...
You could find the Page Setup feature in Outlook 2010/2013: click File > Print > double click "Memo Style" or "Table Style" under Setting > click "Paper" tab.
