Where is Import & Export in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013?
- It is much easier to find Import & Export in Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 if you are using Classic Menu for Office
- If you have not Classic Menu for Office (Method: On File tab)
Ribbon Interface of Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019 is different from classic style interface of Outlook 2003/XP(2002)/2000. It may bring trouble for some people to search commands and icons in new ribbon before they are familiar with Office 2010/2013. Now, with Classic Menu software, you can find back classic menus and toolbar of Outlook 2003/XP(2002)/2000.

If you are using Classic Menu for Office...
1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013, on the Menus tab, click File menu and then you can see Import & Export from the File drop-down menu.

2. Click Import & Export, it will appear the Import and Export Wizard window.
If you are not using Classic Menu for Office...
In Microsoft Outlook 2010, on File tab, click Open and you can see Import command at the body part of the window. Click Import, the Import and Export Wizard window appears.
