Where is Send All in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013

If you are using Classic Menu for Office...
Classic Menu brings back all classic style interface back to the ribbon of Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013, making it easy to switch between classic style view and ribbon.
- Click on the Menus tab;
- Click the Tools menu;
- Select the Send/Receive All Folders from the drop-down menu;
- The Send All is listed at the second top of the sub-menu.

In Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013, on the Send/Receive tab, in the Send & Receive group, the Send All command is listed at the second place of the rightmost side.
