How can I show all menu items in the Quick Access Toolbar, so I will always be able to access all menus without clicking the Menus tab?You need add the "All" menu item to Quick Access Toolbar, as following:
Click the menu item "All" of
Microsoft Outlook 2007 with right button of the mouse, a menu
will pop up. Click "Add to Quick Access Toolbar" with left button
of the mouse.
Now you will see All menus displayed at Quick Access Toolbar. As shown in the following:
